Maria Tadic, RD, CSOWM, DCN, has been a dietitian since 2013, specializing in metabolic syndrome and bariatric nutrition. Over more than a decade of clinical experience, she has worked extensively with diverse patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on long-term weight management, metabolic health, and evidence-based nutrition therapy. ​

Maria earned her Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (DCN) from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2026, where her doctoral work centered on  nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics, and metabolic dysfunction. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at the​

University of Maryland in 2011. As a clinician-researcher and educator, Maria is committed to translating complex metabolic and genomic science into practical, applicable guidance for both patients and healthcareprofessionals.
